Overnight Boarding

Rates

Whether you need to board your dog for an overnight stay, for the weekend, a holiday or extended care, we guarantee we will love your dog like our own. Rates are on a per day basis for each day or part day, including day of arrival and day of collection. Each dog after the first dog is $40/night.

*We do not provide day care boarding at our facility.
*If we're required to provide food, an additional $10 per day will be added to the daily rate.

In order to maintain the dog’s daily routine and to spend as much time with the dogs in our care, we request that all visits are by appointment. In order to achieve this, the times of drop off and pick up are limited between the hours of 8:00am and 11:30am and between the hours of 3:30pm and 6:00pm. ​ All special requested drop off and pick ups between 11:30am and 3:30pm are subject to an additional $20 charge. 

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

1. E-Transfers ( dogs@picturevalley.ca)
2. Cheque ( Picture valley Dog Boarding Limited)
3. Cash

Payment for all bookings is due at the time of booking confirmation. If payment is not received promptly, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be credited as follows based on the invoice you will have received attached to your initial booking confirmation email.

• More than 7 days notice = 100%
• Less than 7 days and more than 48 hours notice = 50%
• Less than 48 hours Notice = No credit issued.
