Step One
For all new customers, a New Customer Registration Form needs to be completed. This form provides us with all the information required on dog owner and dog, and will be kept as a permanent record in each customers file. If you are boarding more than one dog then the dog details section needs to be completed for each dog.
Once completed, please email the completed Customer Registration Form, along with a copy of your dogs up-to-date vaccination records to us at dogs@picturevalley.ca prior to date of boarding. *A booking cannot be completed without these documents.
*Dogs will not be accepted at Picture Valley Dog Boarding without record of all up-to-date vaccinations. (see below for the required vaccinations.)
For returning customers, this form does not need to be completed again unless any details given in the original completed form changes. If there are no changes, then returning customers can go directly to STEP TWO.

Step Two
To enquire about dates and availability, call us at 250-908-1962 or email dogs@picturevalley.ca. If we have availability, we will book you in on your requested dates, and you will receive an email with your booking confirmation and reference number. Also attached to this email will be your invoice, which will have the days and rate applicable for your dogs stay. The amount shown as ‘’outstanding” on the invoice is due either before drop off or at drop off.
Vaccinations
How long after Vaccinations can my dog be boarded?
Vaccinations need to be administered at least 2 weeks before your dog needs to be boarded. It takes a while for dogs to build up immunity after receiving their shots.
Although most vaccines have a very high success rate in dogs, none produces immunity in 100% vaccinated dogs. Therefore as an added measure we suggest that you keep your dog away from dog parks; doggy day care etc for the two weeks prior to boarding.
*A copy of vet records will be kept on file until expired.
